Lean Technical Leader Assembly 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)
True to the vision "We drive innovation to improve people’s lives," the Hamilton companies have been delivering solutions for the healthcare sector since 1950. We are an innovative pioneer in ventilators, automated pipetting and storage of samples, as well as the development of process sensors.
The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-moulded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling, to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent, and efficient.

Operational implementation of lean initiatives directly in assembly and production
Active redesign and further development of existing workplaces according to lean principles
Design and introduction of tool and material holders (5S, ergonomics, material flow)

Introduction and maintenance of standards (workplace layouts, labelling, visual management)
Execution and coordination of changes during ongoing operations
Support of the Lean Project Manager in planning, implementation, and follow-up of measures
Close collaboration with production, manufacturing engineering, purchasing, logistics, and quality
Ensuring the sustainability of implemented improvements (CIP / continuous improvement process)
This is what you bring with you:
Completed technical basic training (e.g. polymechanic, automation technician, assembler)
Practical lean experience in production or assembly (e.g. 5S, standard work, layout optimisations, CIP)
High technical understanding of workplaces, aids, and assembly processes
Structured, solution-oriented, and implementation-strong working style
High presence on the shopfloor, hands-on mentality
Ability to engage employees in changes and inspire enthusiasm for improvements
Proficient with MS Office tools
Very good German skills, English skills advantageous
