Job Description

• Training to become a Certified Nursing Specialist depending on prior education, 2-3 years
• Responsibility for the care and support of people at different stages of life.
• Professional responsibility and engagement with the nursing process
• Support for patients and their relatives in difficult situations
• Close collaboration within and across interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Sense of responsibility, physical and mental resilience, and quick comprehension
• Service orientation, patience and sensitivity in dealing with people
• Enjoyment of nursing and medical-technical activities and teamwork
• Good manners as well as adaptability and communication skills
• Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (health specialist EFZ advantageous) or a school leaving certificate FMS or Matura
• Passed or ongoing aptitude procedure (the form can be downloaded directly at bz-gs.ch )
