Administrative Collaborator (m/f/x) (50%)
The Legal Advice and Representation Department of Caritas Switzerland is committed to fair legal protection for individuals from the asylum sector. Our Legal Consultation Office Romandie (BCJ) offers professional legal services in the field of migration law and social insurance for individuals residing in the cantons of Fribourg, Jura, and Neuchâtel.
The BCJ provides support in the asylum procedure and also assists individuals with other processes such as family reunification, change of canton, change of permit, or recognition of a disability status with the AI Office.
Your tasks
- Monitoring fundraising
- Control of creditor invoices
- Control of quarterly and annual accounts
- Administrative support to the BCJ and Department heads
- Control of various accounts
- Organization of training for BCJ staff
- Administrative management of the arrivals and departures of interns and civil servants
- Coordination of the annual report
- Updating the Department's intranet pages
- Telephone reception and reception
- Management of supplies
Our requirements
- Commercial employee diploma (or equivalent experience). Finance option is an asset
- Minimum of two years of experience, preferably in migration or legal fields
- Good knowledge of accounting
- Proficiency in using office and web tools
- Good management of priorities and stress
- Excellent knowledge of French, with good knowledge of German and English (other languages are an asset)
- Aptitude for intercultural communication
- Interest in working in the migration sector
The workplace is Fribourg.
Start date: October 1, 2025, or to be agreed upon.
