Your Tasks
As a Senior Java Fullstack Engineer, you develop and maintain high-end solutions using agile methodology for diverse customer projects. Depending on the project, you work on-site at the customer or in-house at your preferred ELCA location in Zurich, Basel, Bern, or Rapperswil.
- You actively participate in the conception and definition of solutions and develop stable, reliable, and high-performance software
- You work closely with cross-functional teams, understand the business requirements as well as the technical constraints. You focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- With your strong analytical skills and expertise in software development, you take on a key role in the team
- You act as a coach for less experienced team members
- With your technical expertise, you help win new projects

Your Profile
- Technical degree from a university/ETH/FH
- 5+ years of experience in analysis, design, and development in the Java environment
- Very good knowledge in software development, design patterns, coding, and testing with solid knowledge of Java and Angular, React, or Vue is an advantage
- Know-how with Java frameworks Spring, Spring Boot, and JPA (Hibernate)
- Familiarity with SOAP and REST interfaces would be desirable
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle or MSSQL) and SQL queries, as well as programming tools like Maven, Git, IntelliJ, or Eclipse
- Experience in continuous integration (Jenkins)
- Fluent in German and English
