For our Construction Manager Department, we are looking for an experienced Estimator in the New Construction area (m/f/d). Your workplace will be our location in Bern. In this role, you will work in a motivated team. We offer extensive digital know-how to cover the diverse customer needs. Additionally, we provide you with the latest work equipment.

What you will do

• As an estimator, you are responsible for the independent preparation of offers for new construction projects and provide innovative and economical solutions.
• With your expertise, you review execution variants, propose project optimizations, and assess opportunities and risks.
• You assist with concepts for construction processes, site logistics, site installations, and construction schedules.
• Additionally, you support your supervisor in contract negotiations.

Why you will succeed

• Diploma as Construction Foreman SBA / Technician TS, Diploma Technician HF, Diploma Construction Manager or Civil Engineer FH or similar
• Calculation knowledge desired, internal development opportunities available
• Good German skills in spoken and written form are an advantage
• High self-discipline and strong sense of responsibility
• Initiative, teamwork skills, and flair for creative results
