Specialist: Customer Debtors, 80–100 %
What to expect
- You will be in contact by phone and in writing with customers, offices, authorities, and internal departments.
- You will process reminders and debt collections in the cantons assigned to you.
- You will post payments, make transfers, and carry out write-offs.
- You will handle complaints in a solution-oriented manner and with tact.
What you bring
- You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification with experience in an administrative role.
- You work precisely, reliably, and have a good flair for numbers.
- You present yourself confidently, skilfully, and factually even in demanding telephone conversations.
- You remain resilient, assert yourself, and keep a cool head even in intense situations.
- German is your mother tongue. Additional foreign languages are a plus.
