What you can achieve with us.

You will manage properties and be the contact person for our customers and users. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:

• Operation and maintenance of a commercial property in the technical and infrastructural area
• Minor repair work on building services systems and facilities
• Coordination and supervision of external craftsmen during maintenance and renovation work
• Preparation of quotes for our customers
• Assistance in organising and implementing projects
• Support with technical and organisational issues
• Contact person for owners, administration, tenants, authorities, neighbours, and internal departments on technical matters
• Maintenance and care of building and outdoor facilities
• Execution of cleaning and surrounding area work
• Ensuring a well-maintained appearance of the property
• On-call duty

• Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance/caretaker or apprenticeship in the HVACSE sector with several years of professional experience in this field
• Technical know-how is essential
• Good IT user skills
• Knowledge of fire alarm/sprinkler systems and building management systems
• Cheerful, flexible, communicative, and dynamic
• Independent, conscientious, and responsible working style
• Solution-oriented mindset and openness to administrative tasks
• Driving licence category B and residence in the Zug area to ensure on-call duty
