In this versatile entry-level position, you will work closely with our Category Product Manager and accompany the entire collection and product development process – from the idea to the finished shoe in the store.Responsibilities:
- Participation in the product and collection development of our own shoe brands
- Coordination and planning of milestone meetings and appointments
- Maintenance and creation of product specification sheets as well as management of product data
- Organization, tracking, and processing of samples in the collection development process
- Review and approval of "Confirmation Samples" in cooperation with purchasing and CPM
- Ensuring fit control with the technical department
- Direct correspondence with international suppliers, developers, and designers
- Support in price and quantity negotiations as well as margin calculations
- Analysis of sales figures, market, and competitive trends
- Accompanying quality store checks and contributing to continuous quality improvement
- Support in trend analyses, sustainability topics, and photo shoots
- Completed commercial training and/or training/studies in product, textile management, shoe technology, or fashion design
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience in product, fashion, or collection environment
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Interest in fashion, quality, and product development
- Structured, reliable, and analytical way of working
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and intercultural openness
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to approx. 10%) and joy in learning
