About the job
To further support our exceptional teams who develop great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Controller Assistant (a), ideally located near Hägglingen / AG, Switzerland.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Finance and be involved in the preparation of financial statements, analyses, budgets, and forecasts – always in accordance with group-wide guidelines, processes, and legal requirements.

A typical day looks like this:
- You support the Head of Finance in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports;
- You provide ad-hoc support in preparing various analyses and reports;
- Together with the internal Global Business Services Team, you ensure accurate cost accounting and transparent cost center reporting;
- You assist the Head of Finance in preparing and consolidating documents for budget and 3+-year planning processes;
- You support various business units and the Head of Finance in preparing investment plans, in CAPEX management, sales reports, P&L analyses, and customer profitability analyses;
- You work closely with stakeholders from different company areas to collect and prepare financial data and KPIs for various topics;
- You take on a deputy role within the department.
The experience we want to strengthen our team with:
- A commercial education or comparable further training, ideally with a focus on finance / accounting / controlling;
- A completed or ongoing higher education (university, university of applied sciences, federal diploma, etc.) in finance / controlling is an advantage;
- Solid professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a multinational company in the medical or manufacturing environment;
- Experience with Swiss GAAP; knowledge of US GAAP is an advantage;
- Very good German and English skills at C1–C2 level to be successful in this role.
