We are looking for a high-performing Recruitment Events & Marketing Specialist to strengthen our globally diverse and driven People & Purpose team in Zurich. As a team of ambitious marketeers and adaptable workers, we are committed to reaching excellence in our field. This role demands your creativity and expertise in recruitment event management and marketing, enabling you to design experiences that will attract the right students and graduates to Deloitte.
How you can make an impact
- Engage graduate marketing Ambassador Community and drive graduate marketing, from strategy to execution and tracking ROI
- Develop, organise and execute top in class internal and external recruiting events such as career fairs, student networking events or workshops, working closely with our talent acquisition team and Ambassador Community
- Help develop impactful graduate marketing campaigns in close collaboration with our external communications team based on business and candidate needs, incorporating the latest trends
- Advise Senior leaders and employees on effective recruitment events and marketing, sharing best practices and guidelines
- Actively manage and nurture our Talent Community to support ongoing candidate engagement
- Support social media activities and engage our Talent Ambassador Community to promote company events and strengthen brand visibility.
Who we are looking for
- Strong passion for recruitment events, and networking, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in event management, marketing, employer branding or a similar field
- Excellent organisational and project management skills as well as good stakeholder management
- Good knowledge about the Swiss university landscape, flexibility during busy periods and high willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English
