Finance Specialist General Ledger (m/f/a) 100 %

Your tasks

• Independent collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

• Management and maintenance of the general ledger

• Posting and reconciliation of cash transactions

• Cash controls within the framework of the ICS

• Management and maintenance of asset accounting

• Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines as well as legal and regulatory requirements

• Support in the optimisation and further development of financial processes

• Participation in evaluations, analyses and reporting

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g. accounting clerk) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in general ledger and/or asset accounting
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience an advantage)
• Very good Excel skills; PU41 certification or comparable knowledge an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Swiss VAT law, especially in dealing with net tax rates, flat-rate tax rates and withholding tax
• Analytical thinking as well as a structured, independent and reliable working style
• High commitment, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
