What to expect

• You will take on strategic, conceptual and operational tasks in technology management of the civil engineering department with a focus on digitalisation, processes and efficiency improvements
• You will work on innovative projects and develop future-oriented solutions for railway infrastructure
• You will support the project management department as a specialist as needed with technical and professional questions
• You will prepare expert reports and contribute to the further development of regulations, guidelines and standards
• You will engage in national expert committees and promote knowledge exchange with universities, research partners and companies

What you bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering, environmental sciences, transport systems or a comparable field
• Interest in future topics such as digitalisation, AI and circular economy in civil engineering
• Analytical thinking and the ability to act in a networked and interdisciplinary manner
• Independent, proactive and service-oriented working style
• Initial experience in project or technology management is an advantage
