We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.
Employee: Housekeeping & Event Logistics, 80-100%
Your tasks:
You take care of the administration and proper handling of furniture, materials, equipment, and machines, ensuring their completeness, condition, storage, and disposal. In addition, you undertake cleaning and caretaking duties as well as minor repairs. You ensure smooth and efficient logistics for events and rentals and coordinate all processes from planning through transport, storage, as well as setup and dismantling to on-site execution. In doing so, you coordinate internal teams, temporary staff, and external service providers and ensure compliance with safety, labour, and hygiene regulations as well as the special requirements of the museum and art operations. You also act independently, prudently, and solution-oriented in unforeseen challenges. You can expect a varied position in a motivated team. If you enjoy organisational processes, have a strong sense of responsibility for logistics and safety, and bring a reliable and structured working style, we look forward to hearing from you.
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in a craft, ideally in facility maintenance or logistics; experience in the event industry is an advantage
- Independent, careful, precise, and safety-conscious working style with a high sense of responsibility and reliability
- Team spirit and very good communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners
- Physical resilience, high commitment, and pronounced flexibility, including for irregular working hours in the evenings and at weekends
- Good oral and written German skills; English is an advantage
- Proficient in the use of digital tools, especially common Microsoft Office programmes
We offer:
We offer you attractive employment conditions and the opportunity to continuously develop your professional expertise. In addition, you benefit from an inspiring working environment that reflects the diversity and creativity of one of Switzerland’s most renowned art museums. Together with us, you actively shape the future of the Kunsthaus.
Have we piqued your interest? Then we look forward to receiving your complete application. Applications from recruitment agencies will not be considered.
