Maison Mollerus is a Swiss premium brand for bags and accessories based in Erlenbach on Lake Zurich. We work in a small, fast-paced team where structure, quality, and reliability count – in the store, in the back office, and in our digital systems.

Tasks

• Support and further development of our Shopify online shop (product data, apps, integrations, performance)
• Building and maintaining automations in Klaviyo, Shopify, and related tools (flows, interfaces, data quality)
• First-level IT support for the team: devices, network, POS system, access, Microsoft/Google environment
• Data analysis and reporting (sales, inventory, customer data) for management
• Evaluation and implementation of AI and automation solutions for back office and sales
• Documentation of all processes, systems, and accesses – clean, comprehensible, up to date

Qualifications

• Completed or ongoing education in computer science: EFZ computer scientist (application development or system technology), Bachelor in computer science / business informatics or equivalent
• Solid knowledge in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g. JavaScript, Python) as well as HTML/CSS
• Experience with e-commerce or web systems; Shopify knowledge a great advantage
• Confident handling of APIs, databases, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, good English
• Structured, precise, and independent working style – you don’t just report problems, you bring solutions
• Absolute discretion in handling customer, financial, and personnel data
• Willingness to take responsibility and see tasks through to "case closed"
