Project Manager for the Public Transport Ordering Procedure

The Office of Energy and Transport is the cantonal centre of expertise for issues relating to the energy and public transport sectors. In the public transport sector, we are responsible for strategic planning and coordination of public transport throughout the Canton of Graubünden. We coordinate public transport with trains and buses and are responsible for planning, designing and implementing projects for future-oriented public transport. A good connection to the national and international rail network as well as regular and frequent connections in regional transport and in agglomerations are of central importance for maintaining and developing the living, tourist and economic space of Graubünden.
For the Office of Energy and Transport, we are looking for a project manager for the public transport ordering procedure from 1 September 2026 or by agreement.
- Conducting the ordering procedure for regional public transport (TRV) for road transport services in the Canton of Graubünden
- Conducting tenders and responsibility for concluding target agreements with transport companies
- Technical evaluation of applications relating to operating vehicles according to the OITRV
- Technical evaluation of promotion applications
- Support for tariff communities in the Canton of Graubünden
- University or university of applied sciences degree in business administration or transport planning
- Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration, negotiation skills and contact with transport companies, authorities and associations
- Experience in independently developing conceptual issues
- Several years of professional experience in the public transport sector is an advantage
- Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
