• the precise configuration, thorough testing, and successful introduction of new banking applications and program versions
• maintaining valuable contacts with customer representatives, developers, and third-party system manufacturers
• participating in varied and exciting projects
• competently training and supporting customer representatives

• with your several years of professional experience in a comparable position as well as your education or training in computer science
• with your banking expertise and your IT and project know-how
• if you already have SQL knowledge and like to think in a networked way
• if you take the perspective of our customers, inspire, and excite them
• with your language skills in German at level C1 and English at least B2
