"Police Region Morges" carries out the general police missions in the territories of Morges, Saint-Prex, Préverenges, Tolochenaz, Buchillon, and Lussy-sur-Morges.
To strengthen our team and ensure a key reception role within our Police Station, we are looking for a start date on July 1, 2026,
A RECEPTIONIST at 65% (job-sharing)
50% over 2.5 consecutive days at the beginning or end of the week (NOTE: presence on Wednesday afternoon is mandatory), the remaining 15% reserved for replacements during the planned vacations of the other receptionist.
Missions:
As the first point of contact for Police Region Morges, you play an essential role in the relationship with the public and the smooth operation of services by ensuring reception at the police station as well as carrying out various administrative tasks.
Tasks:
- Welcome and inform visitors at the reception of the Police Station.
- Handle public requests and ensure their administrative follow-up.
- Ensure telephone duty during scheduled hours.
- Manage the PRM cash register and lost and found items.
- Coordinate between different stakeholders, especially with the Engagement Center.
- Keep information intended for the public up to date.
- Manage access terminals.
- Be flexible and perform any task related to the function, as requested by the hierarchy.
Desired profile:
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as an office employee or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in reception.
- Comfortable with IT tools and administrative tasks.
- Loyalty, availability, perseverance, and discretion.
- Swiss or Permit C and residing in Switzerland.
