Your main tasks:

- Ensuring smooth operation of infrastructural and technical facilities
- Handling concerns of various tenants around the building as a direct contact person
- Operating and monitoring various building services and building management systems
- Performing minor repairs
- Accompanying third-party companies
- Performing and reporting on in-house work/additional services
- Managing technical and safety-relevant documents and protocols
- Maintaining the outdoor area

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training EFZ in a technical field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Good PC skills (MS Office) and affinity for working with various internal tools and measuring instruments
- Authorization according to NIV15 or prerequisites and willingness to obtain it promptly
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Strong customer orientation, pleasant demeanor, and high sense of responsibility
- Careful, thorough, and independent working style
