About the job

We, the Buobenmatt retirement home, with 61 residents and around 88 staff members, need reinforcement so that we can live our daily home life optimally. We organise the daily care for our residents according to the principles of the Palliative and Loyalty Charter of the Canton of Schwyz, as well as according to our retirement home and care mission statement. With appreciation and respect, we create a "home" for our residents that comes as close as possible to their traditional values and established needs.

We provide care according to Palliative Care, Validation and Kinaesthetics for all care levels

We work in 3 care groups with good team spirit

We provide initial training FaGe EFZ and at tertiary level specialists in long-term care and support with a federal specialist certificate and nursing professionals HF

We support interested individuals on the path to the nursing profession as nursing assistants with the SRK course or as health professionals EFZ (BVV Art. 32)

We offer attractive employment conditions, solid and professional training and practice-oriented further education at every level
