Compliance Officer fixed-term 24 months 100% (m/f/d)

• Support of the Due Diligence Compliance Special Investigations team with administrative tasks.
• Preparation of files and documents for authorities, especially for the Financial Market Authority (FMA), the Princely Court, and the Financial Intelligence Unit (SFIU).
• Processing of name clarifications for bank clients (Name Matching) and taking over the associated tasks.
• Independent execution of simpler clarifications within the scope of simple and special clarifications according to the Due Diligence Act (SPG).
• Ensuring careful, reliable, and timely processing of tasks.
• Contribution to compliance with regulatory requirements and effective support of the Due Diligence Compliance Special Investigations team.

For this responsible role, we are looking for a discreet and committed personality with the following profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally in banking, or initial professional experience in the banking sector.
• Experience in an assistant role as well as in the area of Due Diligence Compliance is an advantage.
• Interest in technical issues and their solutions.
• Affinity for clarifying matters in the area of money laundering prevention and a strong interest in professional development.
• Methodical, structured, and conscientious working style.
• Team spirit, reliability, and independent working style.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
