Tasted Food AG is a Zurich-based manufacturer of fresh ready-to-eat products for retail and specialist trade throughout Switzerland. In addition, we develop new food concepts on behalf of business customers and currently operate two MARU restaurants. With over 130 employees, we are one of the largest fresh convenience producers in Switzerland.

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible team leader from 1 January 2027.

Team Leader HR Services 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You lead the HR Services area and develop your team of two employees both professionally and personally
• You support our line managers with all personnel matters and are a confidential and competent contact person for our employees at all levels
• Together with your team, you ensure smooth HR support from recruitment to exit
• You are responsible for payroll processing including absence and social insurance matters and ensure correct and timely handling
• You actively drive the further development of our HR processes, shape digitalisation, and contribute to various projects
• You coordinate and design topics related to personnel development and training
• You create and analyse HR evaluations, prepare the results clearly, and are responsible for HR-related year-end tasks
• In labour law matters, you independently take on coordination and collaborate with the HR management if necessary
• You advocate for a positive corporate culture and high employee satisfaction and continuously develop appropriate measures
• Together with your team, you shape internal personnel communication and organise our employee events

What you bring

• A completed commercial education as well as further training as an HR specialist form your professional basis
• You share our enthusiasm for the gastronomy industry and have already gained experience with the L-GAV
• Ideally, you already have 1–3 years of experience in HR management and recruitment
• Initial leadership experience helps you keep an overview and support your team
• You have a confident command of German and any additional language is a plus
• You bring basic user knowledge in handling AI tools and applications and know how to use their possibilities sensibly in everyday work
