Your Challenge
- Responsibility for maintenance and servicing work on real estate and movable property according to order and maintenance plan (Technical Building Management)
- Responsibility for the building services systems according to the control system
- Technical responsibility for the resident call system
- Responsibility for periodic measurements within the scope of MepV
- Care of outdoor areas (green and surrounding work)
- Contact person for internal hotline as well as taking over on-call duty
- Assistance in the implementation of projects
Our Desired Profile
- Completed basic craft training at EFZ level
- Further training as janitor with federal certificate of competence (or willingness to complete)
- Car driving license and possibly forklift and pallet truck license
- Service-oriented team player with independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
