What to expect:
Professional support of employees in defined company areas throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from entry to exit
Payroll Germany: Preparation and deputy execution in the payroll program SAP HCM, quality assurance and coordination of the monthly payroll including master data and transaction data maintenance as well as reporting and certification
Advising employees on cross-border topics Germany / Switzerland, e.g. withholding tax, double taxation, social security; ensuring legally compliant payroll
Systems & Processes: Further development and process optimization in the HR systems Workday and SAP HCM, testing and documentation of adjustments as well as participation in HR projects
You bring:
Completed commercial training with HR further education (e.g. HR specialist) or degree with a focus on HR
Several years of experience in German payroll and personnel administration
Solid practical experience in SAP HCM and Workday; enthusiasm for process design and optimization as well as for interface/testing topics
Very good knowledge of labor, income tax and social security law (DE); CH reference (withholding tax/cross-border commuters) is an advantage
Affinity for numbers, accuracy and service/advisory competence towards managers and employees
