Project Manager Process Technology (m/f/d | 80-100%)

Your Tasks

• Active participation in product development and innovation projects
• Definition and maintenance of recipe parameters on machines, systems, controls and in SAP
• Evaluation of new production technologies including planning, coordination and execution of the associated process trials
• Development of decision-making bases for investments in close cooperation with engineering and production
• Leading process engineering commissioning of new systems and production lines
• Support, analysis and troubleshooting of system or raw material problems. Ensuring product quality and process stability
• Definition and implementation of optimisations of existing production processes and system settings (quality, energy, efficiency, error reduction)
• Hub function and competent contact person for the departments of production, quality assurance, product development, product management and sales

Your Profile

• Completed studies in food technology (FH/ETH) or comparable qualification
• Extensive professional experience in process engineering projects
• Good project management skills and understanding of technological influences on product quality
• Knowledge of automation and control technology is an advantage
• Analytical flair and affinity for evaluating process and product data
• Independent, solution-oriented working style with hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills, innovative spirit and willingness to develop further
• Very good German and English skills
