• Coordination and execution of various mechanical tasks on rail vehicles as well as professional leadership of employees
• Quality controls on rail vehicles
• Deputy of the team leader
• Independent execution of maintenance and repair work on rail vehicles
• Processing of mechanical warranty and rework as well as efficient solution of technical malfunctions
• Proper assembly and disassembly of assemblies, components, and systems
• Complete documentation of all work steps as well as material and spare parts consumption

• Completed training in the mechanical field or a comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge in various technical disciplines such as mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, as well as MSR technology and confident handling of technical drawings
• Several years of professional experience in rail vehicle construction and leadership experience is an advantage
• High willingness to travel for national and international assignments
• Driving license category B available
• Very good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are a plus
