About the Position

As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will be the central interface between project management, internal experts, and external stakeholders, taking on the following tasks:

Your Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Support: You will relieve senior project managers in day-to-day business and actively manage exciting infrastructure projects.
• Finance & Controlling: You will assist with commercial monitoring, cost control, and management of ongoing projects.
• Dossier & BGV Preparation: You are responsible for the correct preparation of official documents and planning approval procedures (BGV).
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: You maintain close, proactive communication with various stakeholders and ensure the flow of information.
• Office Focus & Planning: You take on conceptual management from the office without direct deployment on the construction site.

Requirements

Profile:

• Education: Successfully completed degree (BSc) as a Civil Engineer.
• Expertise: Strong interest or initial experience in infrastructure planning.
• Soft Skills: You are extroverted, communicative, and approach tasks with a lot of initiative.
• Working Style: Independence, assertiveness, and a forward-looking view of project risks characterise you.
• Languages: Fluent German skills, both spoken and written.
