Your area of responsibility
In this role, you are responsible for the professional and timely service
of our products in the Malans region.
You mainly work with our private customers and occasionally assist on construction sites with new installations.
Your main tasks include:
- Service work on our various awning and roller shutter products
- Clean, professional, and independent execution of the work
- Direct appointment scheduling with the customer including independent work planning
- Reporting to the Service Team Leader
- Willingness to work flexibly and occasionally on special assignments

What you bring
- Completed training as a polybuilder, awning installer, or a comparable manual basic training
- Experience in the construction industry is mandatory
- Independent, precise working method, skilled in craftsmanship, solution-oriented, not afraid of heights
- Good manners, neat appearance
- Easy handling of electronic work tools such as tablets, apps, etc.
- High customer and service orientation, good communication skills
- Negotiation-level German skills, French skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work seasonally in different working time models
- Category B driving license mandatory
