As a Property Manager: Janitorial Services, you are responsible for the smooth operation of janitorial services at a client site. You lead the janitorial team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure that all technical systems and facilities are operated efficiently and reliably.

Your main tasks:

- Operational management of ISS services in the janitorial area
- Contact person for the client and support in all matters related to janitorial services
- Leadership, support, and deployment planning of the team, including recruitment, vacation planning, and time tracking
- Operational work on site and operation/monitoring of technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.)
- Conducting control and inspection rounds of technical systems and the property
- Documentation of defects, initiation of measures for remediation, and execution of minor repairs
- Handling tickets (malfunctions, maintenance, repairs) including adherence to response times and ensuring ticket billing
- Coordination and supervision of internal service providers as well as third-party companies
- Recording consumption data, maintenance measures, and multi-year planning
- Participation in renovation, conversion, and internal projects
- Invoice verification
- Quality management, reporting, and continuous process optimization

Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in building technology or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in janitorial services as well as in team leadership
- High customer orientation and professional, courteous demeanor
- Structured working method and efficient deployment planning of employees
- Strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Impeccable reputation, high flexibility, and commitment
