Role:
You are looking for a new challenge in an innovative environment where you can apply your skills in accounting and controlling. In this role, you take responsibility for the finances and thereby support the work of the institute. You bring your experience and knowledge in accounting and controlling to achieve the institute’s goals. You are a professional specialist who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment and is ready to take on new challenges. You are responsible for financial management and control to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the institute.
Responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for accounts receivable and support the team leader of accounting & controlling
- In this role, you prepare reports, evaluations, and financial key figures
- As a specialist in accounting & controlling, you support the further development of controlling
- You analyse material costs, cost centres, and operational expenses
- In this function, you prepare invoices, payment orders, and payment notifications
- You support the optimisation and digitalisation of financial processes
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of broad experience in finance and accounting
- You have experience in controlling, reporting, and data analysis
- You have very good Excel skills for evaluating and analysing large data sets
- You have experience with SAP, Abacus, or comparable ERP systems
- You are an independent, communicative, and service-oriented personality with very good German language skills
