Raiffeisenbank Thalwil is a well-positioned and regionally focused bank headquartered in Thalwil with a branch office in Adliswil. As a young, independent cooperative banking institution of the Raiffeisen Group, it operates successfully in the market.As of 30.06.2026, the bank has a balance sheet total of around 917 million Swiss francs, focusing on investment and mortgage business. Around 42 employees work with great enthusiasm and dedication to ensure satisfied customers and cooperative members. To continuously develop our bank in the coming years, we are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial-minded leader as Chair of the Bank Management.

- You lead the operational banking business together with the management and implement the strategic directives of the Board of Directors with your employees.

- The distinctive and emotional customer experience is central – you motivate your employees to exemplary services, unique customer rituals, and top performances.
- You network in the market and represent the bank publicly.
What do you bring with you?
- You are an entrepreneurial, empathetic personality with proven leadership experience – you create conditions in which employees can develop and find motivation.
- Your broad banking expertise, based on advanced banking or business administration training, is complemented by many years of sales experience and appropriate risk awareness.
- You have already demonstrated your skills in various functions and leadership roles across different banking sectors.
- You identify with the unique Raiffeisen culture and live our values in your leadership work.
- You are characterised by a professional appearance, are open, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders is one of your strengths.
- Local roots are an advantage and desired.
