Case management

As a qualified nurse, you take over the management of the nursing process for your clients. You plan nursing measures and coordinate further health care or social assistance services. You advise your clients on dealing with symptoms of illness and professionally guide those involved in care such as relatives, trainees, and other nursing staff.

Vocational training

You accompany our students through their six-month HF internship and support them in developing their competency catalog. For this purpose, you conduct weekly discussions with the students, set learning goals, and review their development process. In addition, you accompany the students into the practical learning field, assess the observed performances there, and pass on your practical knowledge to our upcoming professionals.

Treatment care

Through your nursing work, you support the implementation of medical therapies in everyday life, such as practicing coping strategies or guiding the handling of aggression, anxiety, or delusions. You accompany your clients during exposure training or support them in acute crisis situations. Thanks to your presence, you contribute to preventing acute self-harm or harm to others.

Know-how and passion

You have successfully completed training as a qualified nurse HF / FH with a specialization in psychiatric nursing. In addition, you are or have been active as a trainer in adult education. You are committed to holistic, targeted care focused on the well-being of people in need of care and gladly pass on your enthusiasm for the profession to young professionals. You have a good command of the German language, both spoken and written, and are interested in continuously developing your own know-how.

Balanced and structured

You manage to act calmly and thoughtfully even in hectic situations. You are well organized and like to plan your workday independently. When implementing workflows, you orient yourself to the respective specifications from care plans, process descriptions, or the training concept. Moreover, you do not mind being on the move daily and in all weather conditions.

Teamplay

You like to get involved in company activities and contribute to a constructive and benevolent team culture. Although you are often and gladly on your own, you align yourself with our company goals and help to achieve them. When information is missing, you show initiative and actively contribute to clarification.
