What you will achieve

• You independently manage the sales outlet and are responsible for profit and sales targets including budget planning and key figure analysis
• You lead, develop and promote your employees as well as junior talents in a targeted manner
• You ensure the sustainable economic success of the sales outlet
• You further develop your sales outlet, implement targeted sales promotion measures and align the offer with market needs
• You ensure that the defined processes in the respective areas are adhered to

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: In retail, specialising in food / non-food and higher education, e.g. retail specialist
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position
• You think in a networked way, plan ahead and convince with your structured and efficient working style
• You lead goal-oriented, communicate appropriately for the target audience and convince with your confident, professional and responsible manner
• You have a good business understanding and enjoy working with key figures
• You impress with high customer orientation and a strong service mindset
• PC skills and a high level of digital fitness characterise you
• German (C1)
