Due to our constant growth, we are immediately or by agreement looking for a passionate and 100% sports-loving Assistant Manager Fitness Club (m/f/d) for our Bellinzona club.

As Assistant Manager Fitness Club at PureGym, you always do your best to ensure our members have the best possible experience in our clubs. In addition, you support the club in measures aimed at improving performance and act as the right hand of the fitness center management.

Your role includes the following activities and responsibilities:

• You take care of our members with friendliness and professionalism, spreading the PureGym spirit throughout the facility

• You apply PureGym standards and lead by example

• You check all areas of the club and ensure compliance with quality standards in terms of safety, cleanliness, and health protection

• You regularly inform yourself about PureGym news and market developments, supporting management in developing and implementing strategies to keep the club competitive

• You engage in promotional activities and support the club in distributing flyers

What you bring with you:

• You have a qualification as a fitness instructor (m/f/d) recognized by Qualitop Switzerland

• You have a strong affinity for sports, fitness, health, and sales

• You have an excellent knowledge of Italian and English (min. B2); other languages are a plus

• You are flexible with working hours, including evening and weekend shifts

• You have a high sense of responsibility and are willing to take on substitute management tasks at the gym

• You enjoy customer contact and working with people

• You are motivated to take on new responsibilities

• You are autonomous and enjoy working in a team
