Your tasks
- Analyse the needs of users, propose solutions for room usage and optimisation
- Ensure coordination with clients and internal stakeholders, lead discussions and workshops with various partners
- Create benchmarks and regular reports on the condition of the property portfolio, costs and occupancy rates for the Head of Infrastructure and the Administrative Directorate of Unifr
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of the use of rooms and spaces by the various departments and faculties of Unifr, which are spread across several locations in the city of Fribourg
- Plan and manage the projects of the BâtiData unit
- Space management: allocation, moves, actual occupancy, ensuring compliance with institutional standards, safety regulations and guidelines related to room allocation
Desired profile
- Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences (preferably in architecture) or equivalent education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in project management
- Strong interest in participatory approaches and leading workshops with users and partners
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, initiative and the ability to work efficiently in a team
- Good command of common IT tools (Word, Excel, etc.); knowledge of a facility management software (Speedikon C) and a drawing software (Archicad) is an advantage
- Very good French and German skills; bilingualism is an advantage
