HR Generalist with Deputy Head of Human Resources (HR) (m/f/d)

Workload 80 – 100 %

With this you support us:

• Accompanying employees in the assigned care area – from entry to exit
• Responsibility for HR controlling including maintenance, analysis, and further development of central HR key figures such as turnover, absences, staffing plan, and personnel costs
• Preparation of HR reports as well as sound decision-making bases for management and executives
• Active participation in HR digitization, especially in the further development of applicant management with Abacus, the training offer with easylearn, and other digitization projects
• Support of the HR management in strategic and conceptual HR topics
• Assuming the deputy role of the HR management during their absence as well as situational support of the HR team in complex or challenging issues

This is how you can convince us:

• Completed basic training with further education in the HR field or an equivalent qualification with corresponding practical experience
• Several years of experience as an HR Generalist (m/f/d) or in a comparable function with a pronounced ability to combine strategic thinking and operational implementation strength
• Strong numerical understanding as well as experience in data analysis and dealing with HR controlling, HR IT, and digitization processes; very good Excel skills for creating analyses and meaningful overviews
• Structured, independent, and confident working style even in hectic situations with a clear view of priorities and contexts
• Experience with Abacus, Polypoint PEP, and MS Office
