«Together forward» - At the Schlossmatt Center, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care center specializes in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, and short stays for transitional or rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, we also have a day center, a daycare, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your Tasks
- Basic care of our moderately to severely dependent residents
- Individual support and meaningful activities for our elderly residents to enrich their daily lives
- Taking on household tasks to support daily care
- Supporting the team with various tasks
You Bring
- Completed training as a Health and Social Care Assistant EBA or SRK Care Assistant course
- Interest and openness to the diverse topics of long-term care
- An open-minded, team-oriented, and cooperative personality
- High social and professional competence in dealing with older people
- Sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
