LANDI Zürichsee AG is a successful, regionally rooted company with around 85 employees. In addition to our Volg shops and the LANDI market shop as well as three AGROLA filling stations, a versatile real estate portfolio with 150 rental properties belongs to our company.Our real estate sector is evolving. Therefore, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an initiative and independent personality who will take responsibility as the central technical contact person for the maintenance of our properties.
Technical Caretaker (m/f/d)
These tasks will inspire you
- Carrying out repair, maintenance and upkeep work on buildings and facilities
- Supervision, control and monitoring of building technical systems
- Regular inspection rounds and checks of our properties
- Identifying, assessing and resolving technical faults
- Coordinating external service providers and craftsmen
- Supporting apartment handovers and takeovers if required
- Participating in maintenance, renovation and renewal projects
We look forward to this profile
- Completed vocational training in the field of operational maintenance, building technology, electrical, sanitary or a comparable craft-technical education
- Broad technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Ideally with additional qualification: NIV-15 connection permit
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness for winter and emergency service (first intervention)
- Good German language skills and MS Office user knowledge
- Driving licence category B
