Your Responsibilities
In this responsible position, you support the department management in the professional and personnel leadership of the anaesthesia area and ensure a high-quality anaesthesiological care in all the above-mentioned operative and interventional areas. You are significantly involved in the planning, organisation, and continuous development of clinical workflows and processes and share responsibility for patient safety, quality management, and compliance with relevant standards. Additionally, you are committed to the further training of nursing staff in the anaesthesia area. Close interdisciplinary collaboration with surgical specialties, the IMC unit, the emergency department, and other services is part of your daily routine, as is participation in the medical on-call service. Furthermore, you actively contribute to strategic projects and the further development of the medical services offered.
Your Profile
You hold a specialist title in anaesthesiology (FMH or an equivalent recognised qualification) and bring several years of clinical experience as a senior physician in anaesthesia. Your professional competence covers a broad spectrum of general and regional anaesthesia as well as emergency medicine. You are characterised by good leadership and social skills, team orientation, and a high degree of responsibility and decisiveness. Even in demanding situations, you remain resilient and act solution-oriented. A strong commitment to quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement is a matter of course for you. You also enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and the sharing of knowledge. Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1) are required.
