Your Tasks
- You inspire our residents and guests daily with freshly prepared, seasonal dishes
- You independently prepare our daily menus as well as à la carte dishes in both the hot and cold kitchens
- At special events and banquets, you take responsibility and cook confidently and organised even on a larger scale
- You actively support the guidance and promotion of our apprentices
- You work in a structured, process-oriented manner with a high awareness of quality.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Several years of professional experience in a kitchen with an à la carte offering
- Team-oriented, committed personality with enthusiasm for a lively and dynamic working environment
- Strong quality awareness and a trained eye for detail in food preparation
