Job Description

You report to the Restaurant Manager of Le Jardinier. As a Customer Relations Officer, you are an ambassador of the luxury service offered to our clientele within our restaurant Le Jardinier. Your daily tasks will be as follows:

• Welcome, inform and guide customers upon their arrival
• Participate in seating our guests in the dining room as well as ensuring their wellbeing
• Responsible for the cloakroom, telephone switchboard and other tasks related to customer reception, including managing the reservation software and table plan for each service, under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager
• Coordinate the development of menus in liaison with the marketing department
• Ensure the handling of restaurant emails

Qualifications

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Experience: You have a diploma from a Hotel School and have experience in a similar position in a starred establishment.
• Personality: Passion for gastronomy, dynamism and a good team spirit are the main qualities sought for this position.
• Languages: Must speak, read and write French and English. A third language would be a plus.
• Availability: As soon as possible. Work on Sundays and public holidays.
