About the job
You support the Department Management Women & Children with organisational, administrative and analytical tasks, keeping an eye on various topics. You prepare evaluations in financial and performance controlling, assist with quality issues and contribute to projects for the further development of processes. In doing so, you work closely with different specialist departments and actively bring in your ideas. The position is available from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- You prepare analyses and reports in financial and performance controlling and regularly check outpatient billing.
- You take on administrative and organisational tasks and organise meetings and events.
- You prepare presentations and minutes and compile information for the department management.
- You support the department in ensuring quality standards and in connection with ISO certifications.
- You contribute to various projects for organisational and process optimisation and support the implementation of improvements.
- You work on different issues and actively contribute beyond your own area of responsibility.
Your profile
- You have at least three years of experience in the hospital sector, ideally in a comparable role.
- You have completed a degree in business administration or health economics.
- You work proactively, communicate clearly and think along with your tasks.
- You work in a structured manner, independently and bring your own ideas to solving issues.
- You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Working days Wednesday to Friday are bindingly possible for you until August 2027.
