Internal Sales Specialist VMware (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
You support the entire team and ensure that the right products / solutions / projects are both offered and delivered or implemented on time. That means – you coordinate and control the correct offer creation and order processing
You act as a hub in the back office and work hand in hand with our internal and external sales specialists, forming the interface between sales - manufacturer - customers
You actively participate in process improvements that facilitate the „daily business“ and increase efficiency
You implement sales targets and assist the team in obtaining market and customer information
What you bring:
You are proud of your completed vocational training (retail/commercial) and already have several years of professional experience in the back office and/or inside sales area
You are used to setting priorities, working precisely, and do not lose sight of the set goals, even when things get hectic
Affinity for the IT industry - sales and negotiation flair is an advantage - VMware knowledge is desirable
You enjoy communicating, like contact with customers and manufacturers, and gladly use your language skills in German and French (a «must») plus English
The common MS Office applications are not new to you - SAP knowledge or experience with a similar ERP system is an advantage.
