For our Operations Department, we are looking for an experienced individual as of 1 July 2026 or by arrangement.
What you will achieve
- You will take on national specialist responsibility in the Operations area and be the process owner of all relevant processes; these include topics such as deployment support, deployment planning, personnel planning as well as deployment and employee management.
- You will operationalise new business ideas.
- You will lead the Operations specialist committee, be part of the Operations community and prepare decision-making bases for the Swiss management.
- You will ensure uniform, efficient and high-quality Operations standards across all regions.
- You will be responsible for the design, further development and implementation of operational guidelines, processes and instructions.
- You will evaluate, develop and define the resources required for deployment.
- You will lead national projects and collaborate in interdisciplinary projects with other departments and be responsible for the interfaces to the Sales and HR Management processes.
What you bring
- Several years of leadership and deployment experience in the security industry or similar sectors, ideally in a decentralised or national organisation
- Education and training in business administration
- Understanding of operational procedures, process management and interface work as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- High social competence and strong communication skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form and good oral French skills
