To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Mediamatician EFZ (80–100%)

What you will achieve
As part of our marketing team, you skilfully stage our educational offerings in image, video, and design. You contribute your own ideas, pick up on trends, and ensure that our content stands out and inspires. Additionally, you are the contact person for technical questions and, as a practical trainer, you pass on your knowledge to our apprentices.

• Graphics & Design: You design layouts, graphics, and advertising materials for print and digital, according to the corporate design and with attention to detail.
• Photography: You capture special moments, whether at events, in portraits of our employees, or for social media.
• Video Production: You bring stories to life with event reviews, explanatory videos, and creative clips for social media, from the idea to the final cut.
• Vocational Training: You support our mediamatics apprentices and inspire them with your enthusiasm.
• ICT & Digitalisation: You are on hand when technology fails, manage our LWO TeamPortal, and tackle smaller ICT projects with external partners.

What you bring
You are passionate about image, design, and digital trends and feel just as comfortable behind the camera as in post-production? You like to work independently, keep an overview even with many projects, and enjoy working in a team? Great, then you could be a perfect fit for us!
To round off your profile, you also bring the following:

• Completed training as a Mediamatician EFZ and initial professional experience in this field
• Confident handling of MS365 and the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Enjoyment of AI and new technologies and the ability to explain technical questions clearly
• Experience in supporting apprentices or a desire to develop further in vocational training
