SANTIS Training AG offers various integration programmes at 5 locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland as part of the professional integration of persons insured by IV and ALV. For the Lenzburg location, we are looking for a:

Specialist Support Mediamatics 100 %

In this role, you are primarily responsible for the professional support of participants in work integration and apprentices insured by IV.

Your tasks:

• Professional guidance and support of IV participants as well as EFZ apprentices in the field of Mediamatics with a focus on successful integration into the primary labour market
• Strengthening work methodology, independence and social skills through targeted promotion and constructive challenge
• Design, support and implementation of customer projects and practical assignments
• Use and teaching of modern (AI) tools in image, text, video and other creative work processes
• Regular reporting to case management on training status, progress and performance
• Maintenance and updating of all relevant information in internal tools and training platforms as well as conducting appraisal interviews
• Close cooperation and mutual representation with the ICT departments (including platform development)

Your profile:

• Mediamatics specialist (EFZ or equivalent) with several years of professional experience
• Engaging, team-oriented personality with a good mix of high social competence and assertiveness
• Appreciative approach and understanding in working with people with special needs
• High degree of independence, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• SVEB-1, vocational trainer or experience in the educational field is an advantage
