Independent of the sector, we support with education, moderation and accompany strategic or participatory processes. We work in cooperation and as a network, in German, French and bilingually.
We are seeking the following profile from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement:
Tasks
Organisation and planning are your playground. You have experience in event management and continuing education, and you enjoy customer contact. Whether it is recruiting and supporting participants or managing the logistics and administration of a training course, you can fully utilise your skills and organisational sense. You take charge of administrative tasks related to course organisation, support marketing activities and assist project managers in their various tasks. When necessary, you also participate in the delivery and follow-up of training on site.
When organising and planning, you are in your element. You have experience in event management, course administration and appreciate contact with customers. Whether it is about recruiting and supporting participants or managing the logistics and administration of a continuing education course – you can fully exploit your potential. You take on administrative tasks related to course organisation, assist marketing and support project management. If needed, you are also involved in on-site delivery.
Qualifications
- Commercial training with good IT skills
Commercial training with good IT skills - Interest in marketing and selling training offers
Flair for marketing and selling continuing education offers - Experience in organising and coordinating events and/or courses
Experience in organising and coordinating events and/or courses - Enjoyment in maintaining varied customer contacts and contributing to the delivery of training offers
Enjoyment of varied customer contacts and realising educational offers - Native French or German speaker, with very good knowledge (at least B2 level) of the other language
Native French or German speaker with very good knowledge (at least B2 level) of the other national language - Open to modern digital communication tools
