What you bring

• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification – alternatively a specific further education in health insurance and process management
• Experience in business analysis or good knowledge of the insurance industry in the private customer sector
• A flair for data analysis and process optimization
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and business process modeling (e.g., BPMN 2.0)
• A structured, conceptual, and solution-oriented way of working with a high quality standard
• High self-organization and initiative
• Very good communication skills
• Enjoyment of further development and new challenges
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
