About the job
For the wards of the Centre for Geriatric Psychiatry, we are looking for you as a permanent employee from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement
Tasks
- You complement the interdisciplinary team of our geriatric psychiatric wards with nursing expertise and commitment
- You support people in acute crisis, actively taking into account the individual life situation of the patients
- You mainly work in the late and/or night shift and implement internal processes and guidelines
- You see yourself as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and share responsibility for the professional implementation of the ward concept
Profile
- Qualified nursing specialist FH or HF, preferably with professional experience in geriatric psychiatry, acute geriatrics or acute somatics
- In addition to commitment and a sense of responsibility, we expect a high level of professionalism in the care and support of people in psychiatric crisis
- Flexible, resilient and motivated personality with high social competence and application of de-escalation strategies
- Interest in continuous professional development
