Service Technician for Household Appliances in the Lucerne Region (80-100%)

About the job

Your Tasks

• You independently carry out repair and maintenance work on household appliances of all brands at our customers' premises
• You analyse faults and determine the required spare parts as well as the time required
• You advise customers regarding device replacement, technical questions and provide valuable application and care tips
• You document your assignments using digital tools

Your Profile

• You have training as an electrician, automation technician, refrigeration technician, automotive mechatronics technician or similar, or you already have 2 years of experience in repairing household appliances
• You enjoy daily, personal customer contact
• You are used to working independently but are also a team player
• A likeable manner and a well-groomed appearance characterise you (Age: 25 - 50 years)
• You hold a category B driving licence
