We are looking for someone who will strengthen our team with genuine sales talent, technical understanding and great determination.
Look forward to exciting tasks:
- The focus of your activity is targeted new customer acquisition among owners of single-family (SFH) and multi-family houses (MFH) for the realisation of photovoltaic systems and battery storage. You provide well-founded advice, record customer needs and create convincing offers
- You accompany your customers from A to Z – from the first contact to the successful project completion. In doing so, you work closely with our project management, service and installation departments
- You keep yourself informed about innovations (trade fairs, training, network) and actively bring new impulses into the team
This is what sets you apart:
- Completed basic training (EFZ) in the construction industry, electrical sector or similar, ideally with a business flair or further training
- Practical experience with PV projects and a good instinct for creating sustainable solutions
- Sales is in your blood. You sense opportunities, recognise customer needs in the first conversation and passionately pursue the path to a successful conclusion
- You are strong in communication, have a winning appearance and are enthusiastic. You effortlessly manage to build connections with customers, partners and colleagues
- True independence: You organise yourself completely independently, plan your work yourself and know how to help yourself. We don’t need to explain to you how to create an offer from A to Z
- You have a passion for the PV business and enormous willingness to learn. You acquire things yourself, don’t wait for someone to explain them to you, but simply get stuck in
- You are flexible, open to new perspectives and feel comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
